Your pet must be activated before it starts breathing. To do so, follow these steps:
- Turn your pet over on his/her back
- Pull the red tab
If you have tried all these steps and your pet still isn't breathing; please send us an email, referencing your order number, and we will send out a replacement or arrange for a repair.
