3. In the popup window, select your state (or country)
4. Click the refresh button.
5. You will then see an estimate for shipping costs. (PLEASE NOTE: this is an estimate only. Actual shipping costs may be more or less)

You can safely do this without actually placing the order or entering any payment information.
